Cleaning of the Apartments: Our apartments are cleaned every 2 days for your convenience. If you prefer more frequent cleaning, please don't hesitate to contact our staff, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you with an extra charged.

Reception Hours: Our reception is open from 9 am to 6 pm, where our friendly staff will be available to assist you with any queries or requests. If you need to check-out after 8 pm, kindly contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements. Similarly, if you require a check-in before 8 am, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. If you want our services outside of these hours, contact us via WhatsApp +351 932 010 002 or +351 218 293 000

Outside the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in-person reception services are available at our sister hotel, Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel, located just a 2-minute walk away.

Age Restrictions: To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests, we only allow adults over 18 years old or children accompanied by adults.

No Parties Allowed: Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartments to maintain a serene atmosphere for all our guests.

Payment Policy: Kindly make the payment for your stay at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Tourist tax: according to Portuguese law, you will be charged Lisbon City tax during your stay.
The tax is €4.00 per adult, per night and will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. Does not apply to guests under 12 years old and will be paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.
